    Coral and Moneybookers

I was chatting in the chat box yesterday about the problems with Moneybookers at Coral. At the time I could not wihdraw but could deposit. I have just withdrawn my balance successfully (at least it left my account), having deposited successfully yesterday.

I have been waiting more than a week to get a response from coral about an issue. 9 days and they still didn't answer!

I tried putting in a withdrawal last night via MB and got an email a few hours later to say the withdrawal had been declined because I had to 'refund the balance back to a card first', which doesn't make sense in my case because I don't have a debit card registered to my account!

To be fair I did have one at one point, but have long since withdrawn fully back to that card and have previously made maybe 6 withdrawals to Moneybookers over the last 1-2 yrs without a problem... so not sure what that's about.

CS also very quiet about it, not had a reply since I asked about it yesterday. In no rush though so will probably leave it for now, maybe put in another withdrawal request in the week if they don't get back to me before then.

I've had a couple of problems with Coral, when I email CS I get nothing. Phone them and the problem is sorted straight away.

Their internal messaging system has always worked well for me.

Yes generally the internal messaging system works very well for me as well but on this occasion I've had no reply at all regards the failed Moneybookers withdrawal (which is all the more annoying because in the notification email they sent out to tell me the withdrawal would not be processed they specifically said 'please do not reply to this email, it would be better to use the internal messaging system' or along those lines ).
