AllYouBet is a scam
I opened an account there and made a deposit which lost.
Now there is a free bet in my account
which I can't use, because my country is prohibited.
They told me even I had won my first bet
they will not return the deposit.
Monika: It is clearly stated that your country is restricted, the deposit you made despite of our terms and conditions is your decision and we are not responsible for that, we do not refund deposit made in this case.
Their system allows deposits from restricted countries and they confiscate every deposit
made from such countries.

No bookmaker should accept deposits which can only lose with them so if it's as simple as you say, then this is, IMO, a scam tactic.
Firstly, on registration, their software allows you to choose your country as (amongst others); Bulgaria, Belarus, China, Croatia, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine - yet all those countries are in their terms as being ineligible to play at the site.
Secondly, regardless of what a customer service rep has said, it is quite clear that within the terms they are using against you to say you are not able to play at the site, you find this:
"2.5 Any and all play by an ineligible person, as determined in accordance with the provisions under this Agreement by us, in our sole discretion, shall be voided, including any winnings accruing to any ineligible person."
According to them (and their terms), you are ineligible based upon your country of registration. Therefore all plays made by you (your bets) should be made void according to their own terms = deposit should be returned.
And btw, "sole discretion" is a total nonsense excuse to use if they try that one - if they think they have the discretion to choose when to keep deposits and when not to then they're operating well outside of any industry norms.

For the record this is the behaviour that was described on this thread:

About 15 days now since I opened the account so no probs yet with the "bonus will expire after 30 days of account opening" but just getting the feeling they are messing around. Can't see anything like "you will need notarised ID to request a withdrawal" in the T&C's.
Only Notarys I can find charge £50 per document
Thanks in advance for any advice.

SBR contacted them and was told I'll get my deposit back.
But instead of this, they sent me:
"Please note that playing at All You Bet from your region is subject to the management approval. All You Bet Management has reviewed your account and we are happy to accept you as player. "
However, thanks to SBR,I can use my free bets.
But it's interesting how Allyoubet imagined a rule that contradicts their t&c's: "registrations from my country are subject to management approval".
