betoto/ bwin stole my money (EUR 13,700)

I had a similar problem at betoto. Claiming a casino bonus a while back. Had around 1.5k seized and deposit returned. (granted I destroyed their bonus, but that's no reason to steal the winnings).

They said it was because of fraud and when I kept trying to get my money back they said something along the lines of "if you don't stop harassing us we'll report you to the UK fraud police". To which I said something like, "go ahead, I've done nothing wrong. I'm a real person and have proved the fact". From then on just got the same old final answer rubbish.

I haven't chased up in a while now as I had a large balance at bwin and didn't want that seized as well.

Why do you not withdraw your money considering that you had problems with betoto.
Take care...they share the same management and customer service.

I'm interested to know if someone has sued bwin.

If you havnt heard of them, 'SBR' might be able to help you out, submit a complaint on the site there and someone will get back to you. They will chase betoto up and see what they can do about getting you paid.

yes I too started a gamble with betoto . I took no bonus as I know how difficult it is too win . I deposited 550 pounds and won 700 . I decided to widthdraw the 900 euro ( 700 gbp) . after a long time proving I was of age and who I said I was I got my deposits refunded but no winnings . what do I do ..
they are registered in gibralter , I am thinking of writing to the gaming commision
anyone else know how to get my legitimate winnings
