My wife placed £50 on a horse at 3.0 and it won at 4.33. She got paid out at 3.0. She emailed them and was told that Best Odds Guaranteed now no longer applies to her account. She said ok I understand that I will no longer get Best odds Guaranteed from now on. However my bet was placed before you have advised me of this restriction on my account. So she's asked them to credit her account with an extra £66.50. I'll let you know what happens. It seems they are withdrawing B.O.G. but not telling you until you have a winner that qualifies. I make a point of only betting with B.O.G. bookies so they are trying to get bets on false pretences.

I thought stanjames/betpack got rid of BOG a few months ago now? Swear they sent an email round saying you could no longer get BOG, and that was before i was gubbed there.

SJ Don't BOG For any accounts now....its been widely known for a while?

They ditched BOG on early prices, but still offer it for board prices (not much use on BP's when most of their arbs are on EP's though).

They confirmed they withdrew BOG in November. They didn't send me an email and I reckon there are still a lot of people betting there under the illusion they are still BOG on early prices.
