Getwin suspend account pending syndication investigation

    Yesterday i receive this email!

I would like to inform you that your account is currently suspended due to multiple violations of our betting rules:

    5.13.No organized Betting:

Clients must register their bet requests as individuals. Repeated requests containing the same selections from the same or different clients may be subsequently deemed void. Even after the official outcome of the related selections is already known, bet selections may also be deemed void if the company believes that clients are acting in collusion or as a syndicate or the bets in question have been placed by one or more clients within a short period of time. Placing identical bets from more than one account might be considered a syndicate even if the personal betting limits have not been reached. Syndicate betting is considered as fraud and may lead to reduction of betting limits, closing of account, confiscation of winnings and/or cancellation of all placed bets (even decided ones). Legal action may also be considered.

Moreover the complaint is already reached LGA and they are currently reviewing this case. We will contact you as soon as decision is made.

If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me.

    Kind Regards,
    Fraud Unit Manager

    Lina H

Yes I had this email as well and had my account suspended with a sizeable balance, quite worrying at the moment and they don't seem to be responding to any emails (nor LGA). Would rather not talk about my case personally right now since it's an ongoing matter other than to say it has happened to me and I've done nothing wrong. Will post if there are any developments.

I didn't get my balance back , it's not alot low 3 figures - I sent a few emails threatenning to go to sbr etc but they just said " we wish you luck with that " - I then emailed them back when I was drunk and I wasn't very nice to them - have just forgotten about it since then.

So did you guys actually place more than one bet on the same selection? Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Reading this has made me realise how lucky I have been then.

I have only placed the initial £20 risk free bet which lost and has been refunded. I uploaded my docs and they have been pending for nearly 3 weeks so I haven't bothered to try betting through the £20, glad I didn't.

May just mug the £20 now and try for a withdrawal (which I won't get) if I win big
You just need to ask yourself one question, do you feel lucky punk?....... Well do ya?

Annoying, had £39 in there for ages (back when they were paying). Never got around to sending ID so can kiss that good bye.

Did you have your account suspended or not? If your account is not suspended then I do not think that you should have a problem cashing out. If you have £39 in there and you have had that "for ages", I take that as you had not placed a lot of bets, so it would be impossible for them to claim that you breached any rules.

Give it a go and report back! Payout reports indicate that they pay fast.
