    Supercasino - dispute over terms

    Hey guys,

I am having a small dispute with these guys..

Basically I got an email saying they had a new promo on. You can make upto 3 deposits using the code "BALLOON" to get 30% on 1st deposit, 40% on 2nd deposit etc.

Anyways I deposited and began playing roulette. I did quite well, but when I checked my balance, it was showing all as bonus, except for my original deposit.

Confused I contacted CS, who then tell me the bonus is supposed to be for Slots, but there is nothing in the email to say that is the case. All my winnings are now tied up as a bonus balance. I have tried disuputing it, but so far hitting brick walls.

Here is the full Email, including the T+C's where it says at the bottom that Roulette counts towards 100% of the requirements!

Should I keep pushing to get the funds freed up into my actual balance? I am almost certain I have wagered through more than the £360 required.

Where does your £360 WR come from? From a quick scan of that email, it seems to be 40 x Deposit + Bonus, so to have a £360 WR you would have depositing very little?

    Good catch!
That would be a deposit of only £9...

Yeah I only deposited £30, I was just passing some time really, but actually ran good for a change. On my bonus page the WR is £360. I played lots of roulette, but that WR never changed, despite the T+C's saying that roulette counts for 100% to wards WR.

Ooops - my bad. I was thinking it was a 100% bonus!

I think you'll need to try to contact someone higher up than CS - like a manager or something. I've never worked with these people, so I don't have a contact or know anything about them, but don't they have e-mails or phone numbers on their website for this type of dispute?

Yeah I have emailed CS and spoke to live support twice, email support hasn;t responded as of yet, but live support were pretty much just taking the line that it was a slots bonus.

TBH, I haven't taken up a lot of these type of offers, so the only reason for posting here was to sort of get advice that I had a fair point to argue with them and to make sure that I wasn't missing something they could use against me to refute my argument.

Knowing how lucky you run they will prolly convert an amount to cash, leaving you something like £200 in profit or something

Sorry for posting in wrong forum.

Sorted now, email support didn;t even dispute it, they just emailed me saying there was a mistake when the bonus was added, they could see that the WR had been met and as such they were transferring the bonus balance into my real cash account!

    Winner!
