    Prepaid Card options

Does anyone have any experience of using either a prepaid Virgin Visa or Splash Maestro for MB.

I currently use Talksport, but like others am having a problem with withdrawls that they seem unable to fix.

Are there any other card options not issued by NBS?

    Thanks

I know a few who use the Virgin card and they have no issues with it. If you are going to use it a fair bit then look at the monthly scheme. There is a £4.95 a month charge but transaction fees are a lot lower. If you are hardly going to use it then the payg option may be better.
On the whole the card is a little expensive but those that I know use it say it does the job.
Withdrawals back to the card from bookies are pretty standard timewise, 2-5 days.

Probably not suitable mate as Maestro is not a widely known card over there, probably better to use either Moneybookers or Neteller.

    Thanks Wobbler.

Spoke to Talksport today, they dont appear close to resolving the current withdrawal issue. Most of the bookies seem aware of the problem and quiet happy to sned the funds back to the card by bank transfer

Thanks for the info Lotte, I have always used the PAYG Maestro (Extreme.) I see the Virgin one is a Visa, so you have had no problems at all depositing and withdrawing back onto the Virgin Visa? If so I may switch, really annoyed that Extreme have arsed their card up as it has been fantastic for as long as I can remember.

Not me wobbler, never used it. Just going off what others have told me. I think it is about 3 or 4 people I know that use the card, all said they worked well and had no issues.

Just curious... why do people use these cards?
Don't hate the player, hate the game!
