Moneybookers Security Token
Anybody is able to order a Security token from Moneybookers, if you are a VIP member the option appears in your account when you log in, if you are not a VIP you can contact Moneybookers support who enable the option and charge 15 Euros for sending it to you.
TGT recommend that everyone has a Moneybookers security token as although no system is 100% foolproof it MASSIVELY reduces the chance that you will be a victim of fraud. TGT Premium Members who may not be Moneybookers VIPs can get the fee involved in ordering one reinbursed if they transfer or have transfered 2500 Euros to merchants in a month.
Anybody can send an E-mail to securitytoken@thegamblingtimes.com
Saying "Please allow my security token order.....". Make sure you say what your Moneybookers Primary E-mail address is as well as your name. This option will then be enabled in your account and you can order the token. It will cost 15 Euros.
For those who would like to get the fee reinbursed write your e-mail with subject "FREE TGT Security Token", again including you Moneybookers Primary E-mail address. If you have already sent 2,500 EUR within 30 days that is fine and the fee will be reinbursed. Anybody else who goes on to later later meet the wagering requirement can also be refunded if the token has been ordered after 01.07.2011.
(£2,500 would be OK too, it is 2,500 EUR or equivalent so £2,500 is plenty but $2,500 would not be)
If there are any questions or problems please ask/say in this thread. We are sorry that it is not completely free for everyone with no T&Cs. That is what we wanted but apparantly the tokens are quite expensive (even at 15 Euros each cost Moneybookers money) and this is the best we could get.

Does anyone know what the Moneybookers Support email address is?

There is no email address for non-VIPs. You have to use the Contact Centre web interface from your Moneybookers account.
VIPs will have an email address (and a phone number, and an account manager) to contact Moneybookers, and they will know what it is.
It is definitely worth to become a VIP - - lots of things will be so much more easy. Check out their "Become a VIP" page

Cheers, I dont put enough through there to get VIP status just yet. I've opened a ticket on the site and requested a token for 15EUR, so we'll see if one materializes

Thats part of the reason we did this, ANYBODY can now E-mail securitytoken@thegamblingtimes.com and will be given the option to buy one. PLUS if they have or if they later transfer 2,500 Euros the funds are reinbursed.
Do not just go direct to the support if you do the fee will probably not be refunded to you.

Is it £2500 in any 30 day period for the forseeable future?

Yes, but they can end it at any time. I would be suprised and dissappointed if it was ended before 2012 but it could be.

I have had my fee taken from the account a couple of days ago and as of this morning I have sent £2500 to merchants in the last 30 days... will the refund be automatic or should I try to contact them about it?.
Thanks again Andy.

It should be automatic and I think they will be batched and all done once a month but I will check on that.
