I read the terms as "you will get VIP providing you have sent in your ID etc...", so I had pre-sent mine in

Got an email today telling me I was a VIP and when I logged in telling me about the security token. No sign of any cashback yet though, but that's not due yet

Nope, no communication since a week before the promo finished. Their terms say it will be credited by the 30th, so they're giving themselves plenty of time!

I certainly hope not. The terms refered to deposits to qualifying establishments, not nett positions
