The sooner you complete all the verifications, the better. They sometimes lock not fully verified accounts, or block them for outgoing transactions, on a seemingly random basis and out of the blue. It can then take a considerable amount of time to get your account re-activated. Once you are fully verified, and even more so once you are a VIP, it is most unlikely (but not impossible) that you get any sort of block on your account.

After you click here:
Moneybookers VIP registration page
You go to the registration page, you already have a moneybookers account so click accept the T&Cs and click on the button which says "Participate". Then you log into Moneybookers. Then you should see the attached message.
This has only been added recently so perhaps if you did not see it before try again now and see what happens?

Nothing. I click accept T&Cs > I click on the "participate" button > I log into my Moneybookers account > I see the usual Moneybookers control panel. I don't get it. It seems nothing happens. I've already contacted Moneybookers. Hope to get a reply soon. I'll keep you posted.

Edit: Problem solved. I've just got an email confirming I've successfully signed up for this promotion. Thanks again.

I've still not received anything - tried a couple of times now, today as well - no image or email

I cant think why that would be snootyjim but if you PM me your Moneybookers E-mail address you are using I will speak to someone there (Monday) and find out if it is registered OK and if it is not I will get it added and confirmed for you.

I have the exact same issue. I login and all I get is my Moneybookers homepage. I actually clicked the link a few days ago, no email has been received.

Try using the email support feature available at your Moneybookers account control panel. I had exactly the same problem (no image or email), contacted them through that channel and in less than half a day, they sent me an email with the message Andy had posted. I'm not sure, but maybe that way you can get this sorted out before Monday (I believe the email support tickets are handed over the weekend as well).
