There is the European Small Claims Procedure (ESCP) which is aimed at small claims under 2000EUR where both the plaintiff and the defendant are in countries which are signed up to the ESCP treaty(?). General gist is that you complete the ESCP forms and then submit it to your local small claim court or equivalent in your own country, it's then passed on to the small claims court or equivalent in the country in which the target is located, and from there they process the case as normal.

This is the form you have to fill in I believe:

European Commission - Judicial Atlas - Small Claims - Forms F.1.

If you search for 'european small claims procedure' you should find some information.

    Thx.

I wonder if it would be possible instead of directly filing a claim, to refer to the previous case(s) on here to WH to make them pay what they owe me?

The Regulatory Affairs Manager at William Hill is Matt Green. I would suggest any grievances are sent to him by name advising that legal action will be taken if a satisfactory solution is not reached.
