Deposit with card, withdraw by MB?
Does anyone know of any bookies that allow me to deposit via card and then withdraw to MB? Or would it be required to withdraw to the same method as I deposit? What about depositing by MB, betting, then depositing by card - could I then withdraw to MB?
most bookies will insist that you withdraw at least the amount deposited using the method you deposited with. This is due to money-laundering laws they have to comply with.
I am sure it is innocent but your post made me think immediately - money laundering! Basically as above, no you generally can't do that kind of thing at a gaming site because of money laundering regulations.

As a result gaming sites generally won't allow you to deposit via one pay method and then withdraw out via another pay method.
All of that said I think there may be one or two sites that allow you to do it, but I can't think of any off the top of my head.
have done it with Gamebookers,Titanbet,Centrebet,Betsson,Bwin but for small amounts < 100.Have wagered the deposits first, mind you.

Not really, munk. That would be credit card fraud, plain and simple.

So, if anyone (e.g. HMRC, Scotland Yard, etc.) asked you how you got that money, you could answer you got it from online gambling (a legal source, at least in the UK)... That's what money laundering regulations try to prevent and that's why almost no sportsbook will ever allow withdrawals via a different method unless you have previously withdrawn the amount deposited in the very first place (so you can't disguise any dirty money).
