    Littlewoods Casino

    Hi,

I am looking for some advice, recently i registered with Littlewoods Casino, after a few depositis I won £2000.00 and withdrew the money. This morning I received an email from them stating that they have suspended my account due to security reasons and other accounts i had after some research I have realised that over two years ago i had an account with Littlewoods bingo and self excuded myself, I have looked at Littlewoods terms and conditions and there is a statement stating something about if you self exclude from one of there sister sights then they can block your account, and not give me any winnings nor refund my depositis.
Can anyone shed any light on this as i did not realise any of this. I have not received a reply from them as of yet

So how much are your net winnings then? I'm asking because it's a bit cynical of them to refuse to pay your winnings but happily accept your losing bets without any queries at all.

At the very least they should refund all your deposits if they really want to uphold that kind of term. However I would think if you put some pressure on them and complained to the regulator in question then they should really pay you the money they owe you, apologize and make a promise to try harder in future to ensure that players who have self excluded themselves from sister sites will in future be blocked from playing at the site(s) in question prior to having placed any bets.

All of this said, if you have self excluded yourself then really the question should be more about getting some help for yourself. In an ideal world you could get Littlewoods to pay the money into a trust account so that you can't access it without some kind of self limiting system in place (I believe some banks do provide that kind of facility for recovering gambling addicts). Unfortunately this isn't an ideal world though so really I would say pursue them for the money via the regulator but above all get some help.

    Hi,
I gambled £650.00 pounds, i used to have an account with Littlewoods casino also but never self excluded myself from them, when i tried to access my account i could not log on so this is why i had to register again, and yed your right it was very silly of me to even gamble again but just slightly annoyed that they blocked my account. As of yet they have not replied to my email but hopefully they will either give me my winnings or some of my deposits back .

Littlewoods are run by the crooks at Casava Enterprises. They will find any excuse to avoid paying. Other sites they own include 888.com and Lucky ace.

Known dirty tricks include, baning you from one of their site and then enticing you to join another, they refusing to pay when you win, because your already banned at the 1st site.

They are known to back down quite often, if you put some pressure on, and you should at least get your deposit back.

Yes, this is a long thread about Cassava's rogue behaviour:
