The spam list
Because I created a domain for my gambling accounts and have unique forwarding email addresses for each company, I can say with some certainty that someone at the following companies has disclosed my data intentionally or otherwise as the unique addresses have received spam. Others might have a similar setup whereby they will be able to know where spam orginated so I thought it might be useful to create a thread for it.
Bet24 (Oct 2011)
Spam = MummysGold and Winner Casino
Replied end Nov here
Bet770 (May 2011)
Spam = europalace, topazcasino
When questioned they claimed it was nothing to do with them.
Betfred (Mar 2012)

Boylesports (Sep 2011)

When questioned... well, they didn't bother to reply.
Centrebet (Jan 2012)
Spam = pool-winners-cazino.info
ChiliPoker (Oct 2011)
Phishing: a 'money received' Moneybookers email from 'International Gaming' with a dodgy looking transaction details link.
When questioned... no reply.

Good idea. I do the same but haven't bothered to chase it up TBH (have only had 1 piece of spam so far from WH) The tricky ones will be the ones that don't let you choose a different address for MB (you know which ones they are as when you try to deposit you go to a create/existing account page where the fields are all ready only - and once you correct it to a valid MB addy you go right through)

Great idea for a thread MusicBox, please keep naming and shaming.

Added ChiliPoker to the list. Pretend 'money received' Moneybookers notification with apparent payment from 'International Gaming' which has dodgy looking transaction details link.
Edit: forwarded to Moneybookers who replied: "We can confirm that the email communication you received does not originate from Skrill (Moneybookers), but is a fraudulent or phishing email."

Added Bet24. As I didn't even own the domain my email addy is linked to until October 2010, this is not to do with the December 2009 breach Bet24 told us about in July 2011.
Within 10 minutes, I have received an email response saying my email will be forwarded to the correct department.

Yes I just got two spam emails to my Bet24 email address as well today... I very nearly emailed them about it to ask why they're giving it out but to be honest just gave up (actually gave up caring a long time ago to be honest which is poor but hell it's just endemic isn't it email address harvesting/selling on of email addresses/etc).
I also have a massive pool of spam that has been received to spam trapped email addresses and again I nearly did try and post about it on this thread, but really there are so many I don't know the best way to go about it, really needs some kind of automated system. I don't know maybe there's a Thunderbird plugin or something, didn't look... all I know is there's so much of it it would take many hours to go through and sort/report it manually.

Does Rodger Perdue actually exist? I'm always getting spam from him telling me I'm a winner.
