Just a heads up. Check your records and make sure that your balance is correct at 1bet. After the sportsbook outage and "upgrade" when balance was unavailable I logged in to find a balance of zero.

My records suggested far more than zero and after a little investigation by 1bet they agreed that I did in fact have a balance of X amount. Their version of events is that the upgrade stopped the user from seeing their balance but the balance was in fact there.

A few minutes later an email received from 1bet confirming my deposit of X amount.

Now, make of the above what you will. Either they are telling the truth and all above board, or they make a decent story and many many people will lose out on a collective LARGE sum of money.

Either way, check up on it and get it sorted if needs be.
