I had already clicked a link in an Email from them a few days ago AND had a reply saying I was included now, but will do what he says and register again tomorrow just in case.
Have just received information that is at odds with this. Having received an invite to my GBP but not EUR account I emailed to ask about it and got:

Please note that your accounts are linked in our system and you would earn points for both of them.
So I don't know which information is correct?!

My answer came from a friend of mine who works there in the marketing/affiliate department. I have registered both of my accounts just in case but if you have an Email from the cs saying you only needed to do one and they dont credit it on both you have a very good case if you appeal not getting it.
Have a plan and stick to it

I don't fully understand this promotion's T&C. When I signed up for it, I got a screen saying I'd have to transact €4,000 to get an invite to the Loyalty Club (not a member yet, even though I'm already a VIP), but the promo says 'get 5x points from the moment you sign up'. How can any points (1x or 5x) get tracked before I accept the invite (which I haven't got yet)? Thanks in advance.

I have just hit VIP status (not used MB much up til now)
Have two emails- one asking about ID verification asking for a regular wire transfer, certified ID or confirmation from my bank- is this genuine?
what do I need to do- I thought I had already verified my id before- cant seem to find anything about this procedure in the forum

If it's genuine then it should ask you to reply to the email via the website, not reply to the email itself, it should look like this:

    Code:
    ********************************************************************************
THIS EMAIL WAS SENT FROM THE MONEYBOOKERS SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

TO REPLY YOU MUST LOGIN TO YOUR MONEYBOOKERS ACCOUNT AND SEND US A MESSAGE
VIA THE ACCOUNT/SECURITY SECTION OF OUR MESSAGING CENTRE.
    ********************************************************************************
If it doesn't say that then it's probably a phishing email (note if you try replying to a genuine moneybookers email (ie when you click on 'reply to') he reply address should say 'no_reply @ moneybookers.com' or something like that, ie it wouldn't be routed properly to anyone and would fail to get through - if it's a phishing email then that address would probably be something dodgy / some scammers email address).

In any rate for any kind of contact with Moneybookers/Skrill you should always use the website to contact them / provide documents (it is a pain and I must admit personally I don't always do that, but I would NEVER reply to an email purporting to be from Moneybookers without checking the headers of the email fully to make sure it really did come from Moneybookers - and even then I would probably actually use the site to reply to them).

The best thing to do is to contact them via the messaging page on the Skrill / MB website (login > click on 'Email support' > select tab relating to your enquiry (probably account/security > 'You have requested information and/or documents from me' in your case). Copy the email you received and ask them if they can confirm this is a real request.

Alternatively email 'vip@skrill.com' and attach the original email (whatever you do don't reply to the original email though, create a new email and manually type in 'vip@skrill....' etc).

I've queried why my loyalty balance is less than expected and they first of all asked mt to check I knew which books were excluded and they then told me it would take a while as they had to do it manually. They have now asked mt what I think my balance should be.
Maybe they are just going to give me the "missing" points.
