    Ladbrokes slow CS

I am getting a little vexed with Ladbrokes support now.

Last Friday (9th Dec), I was making a moneybookers deposit to my account when the page froze. I shut down my browser re-loaded and logged in to see the deposit wasn't successful, so I deposited again.

When I checked my Moneybookers account later it showed the first deposit actually was successful and had be debited from my MB account.

I got onto Live Support at Laddies, who told me to give it a couple of hours as sometimes he deposits can be delayed. Fair enough, I thought, I can wait.

Saturday morning, no funds in Laddies account, so I get back onto live support who tell me the payment was cancelled their end and as such they never received it. Their advice was to contact Moneybookers.

I filled out a couple of support tickets for MB, but no response by Monday morning so I called them. The MB guy was very good and explained that there was a Merchant ID for the transaction and that Ladbrokes had definately recieved the funds and as such he would email me this so I could forward it to Ladbrokes.

I recieved his email shortly and emailed care@ladbrokes.com with a brief description and the email from MB on Monday.

I still had not recieved ANY correspondance from Ladbrokes as of last night, so I got back onto Live Support and spoke to them regarding the matter and was basically told I would have to wait for my email to be responded to once it had been addressed and passed to the correct department.

Am I the only one who thinks it's unreasonable to have to wait 5 days (and counting) to even recieve a response to a simple email?

This is very frustrating and I am very dissapointed in a reputable company like Ladbrokes is so poor in CS.

Has anyone experienced the vanishing funds before? Any ideas how long it usually takes to get resolved?

Ladbokes CS has gone down hill twice recently, firstly at the end of last year when they seemed to get a kick up the arse re bonus abuse at the casino. I would guess at this time some staff were laid off for cost cutting. It then deteriorated further with the move to Gibraltar.

I currently have 3 outstanding issues awaiting response, the oldest being 5 days also
You just need to ask yourself one question, do you feel lucky punk?....... Well do ya?

    Quick update.

Finally had an email yesterday confirming they had recieved my email and it would be passed to banking.

A week to recieve a generic response, very very dissapointing from Ladbrokes.

Sorted. Money credited back to my Ladbrokes account. A real shame it took 11 days to sort out though. Expected more from one of the UK's leading Bookmakers.

Glad to hear that Ladbrokes resolved your query 8burnleymik8, I knew it would be eventually; however, you are absolutely right that this is a totally unacceptable timeframe.
