Betway - 'El Classico' offer T&C?

Two weeks back, Betway were one if the many books running an offer on the El Classico - Real Madrid vs Barcelona.

The offer was a refund on losing correct score bets should 4 or more goals be scored in the match.

Did anyone by any chance take a screenshot of these terms??

Sorry, thought I had sent you this link, must have forgot. Not budging for me at the moment on this. Bit galling that on the website it boasts of 'our biggest refund ever'.

They also claimed in their most recent mail that the max freebet bet was only £25!!

I did this offer too but afraid I didn't keep the t+c's. I do remember that it was a £25 refund though, looking at my bet history I used the ht/ft market and got my refund just fine. Hope you can get it sorted!

An update to this thread;

After a great deal of chasing, the free bet was credited. I bet it through, and thankfully bust out.

I would certainly have second thoughts before going in for another offer though!

Not sure what I have done to piss them off but still waiting to hear from the promo department! CS are quick to reply but are fairly clueless.

Finally got my money here. All very odd. Took about 10 emails though. CS were always prompt to reply, usually within a few hours. Always friendly, helpful and apologetic. They had to refer all issue to promo department, who were slow to respond. I think it was more incompetence than anything else. Would I go back for another promo? Yeah probably but not big stakes.
