Moneybookers security token problem
Made 2 deposits at 2 different bookies and also logged into my moneybookers account this morning - wasn`t asked for a
one time password (generated by the security token) on any of the 3 occasions .
Security token seems to generate numbers fine when I press the button , but I`m just no longer getting that extra page asking for it on websites anymore.
I have emailed Skrill asking for an urgent response and have changed my password just in case, but wondered if anyone else had this problem and if so, how it got sorted out ?

Yes same here and when i go into my security centre, showing as a token shipped 25/12/11. I've emailed them too.

Please accept our sincerest apologies about any inconveniences caused by this. I can assure you we are working to find a resolution to this predicament as it seems to be a miscommunication with our provider and will update you on Monday about the steps necessary in order to reactivate your token and ensure proper functioning.
Again, we are sorry for the difficulties created over the New Year holidays and hope to be able to resolve this for you early next week.
In the meanwhile, should there be anything else we can do for you, just let me know.

happened to me last night, good to see im not alone.
very very bad imo, whats the point of the token if it can just detach itself.
i activated the spare one but its a big hole in their security.

Yep same here for me too, started last night and is still going on today.
Sent an email to Skrill VIP yesterday and not even had a reply!

That's really bad!
Not happening for everyone though - - I have been asked for security token every time I logged in today. Just tried it again, and got asked again.
Doesn't make it any less severe though if it's not affecting everyone - - quite upsetting, really, that their security isn't the same for all key owners.

same here - also copied in to security@moneybookers ......no reply from them either!
Thank God we`re VIP`s - would hate to think what the service would be otherwise!!

They don't work weekends. My token refused to work one Friday afternoon. I was without mb for the weekend, costing me a few bob. I dropped them emails that weekend and someone from VIP phoned first thing Monday. They were helpful but said there is no one around weekends to help. Wouldn't help in your case but recommend all VIPs ordering a second token (which is free) in case something similar happens to you.
