Supercasino complaint - super (joke, ahahah) casino
Like a Muppet I joined Super Casino??? Super ripped off I feel! I deposited £40 which on that night was supposedly doubled + £15 so I played 5 hours, at one point I went down to £10 but still logged off £160 up. Sounds good? well 2 hours after I went to bed my bank FRAUD SQAUD phoned me and asked was I on line gambling that day? Strange I thought! then my bank informed me they tried to take £40 twice in 3 mins! obs I was disgusted so I cashed in. Only to find I'd only actually won £80 cash as the other £80 was in 'BONUSES' That showed me how stupid I was to play, but, HEY I BEAT their trick to keep me, cancelled my account and left a WINNER!!! I should be so lucky, I just received my bank statement today. They took 2 deposits, one was declined, but when i spoke to my bank the LTSB they confirmed they tried to take 2 deposits so they phoned me and because I'D CONFIRMED I WAS PLAYING! They went for 2 more. So I deposited £40 WON £160 Received only £80 and £80 was taken out of my account!!! At least I broke even, even though I quadrupled my initial stake. I phoned S~casino and the phone was put down on me! Still want to play their game? Best you phone gamblers anonymous!!! Hope this is of use to you all because even though i got robbed, at least I didn't lose. Don't play because they don't play fare.!!!!!!!!!

That sounds harsh, what were the T&Cs?

Assuming it's the same Supercasino I've played at (sister site of Jackpot247), I've never had any such problems. Bonus wagering requirements are quite high, but they (Jackpot247 especially) often do high % deposit matches and by doubling early on they become +EV. In fact the wagering requirement generally wipes out the bonus amount exactly so the offers semantically become like "double and forfeit". Have made thousands (literally) across the two sites and always been paid in a few days.
Terms are always stated at the bottom of the emails they send out (or on the site). Games are weighted and they exclude "low risk" bets (which they define as betting 25 of 37 or more numbers on roulette), so you do need to pay attention to the terms and follow them in order to convert the bonus.
I've never experienced the double deposit thing, but it sounds like a mistake to me. I'd try sending an email explaining the situation, along with screenshots of the multiple deposits.
