    188bet sportsbook reload: me daft

Hi , I got a reload bonus offer from 188bet this weekend. Up to £25 'risk free' bet.

It was tough to really understand the rules of this for me (I'm a beginner). Firstly the promotional email titled "Your free bet on Chelsea v Sunderland (code)" It explained it was a risk-free bet as they returned up to £25 if it lost.

I liked the sound of that but checked it out by sending them an email and they confirmed that I had this promotion open to me. They also explained I could bet on ANYTHING rather than on that one match which their promo mail kinda indicated.

I placed the £25 bet. And lost (it was a bit of a longshot bet. Free effectively so why not? heh!).

So tonight I'm logged back in there and there's no sign of my refund. Their email indicated that I have to place both the losing bet and the subsequent funded bet this weekend, so I'm running out of time. Now. What can I have done wrong?

I then notice the Letter and numbers at the end of the email title. I find a place to input these in a 'promotional code' box on their site, and it's accepted! But of course, no sign of the original £25 coming back to me. huh. I have to load another £25 in to them and place another bet to result before midnight and then ANOTHER bet before midnight again. I guess.

So, don't be foolish like I was in thinking they'll take care of the promotions for you. Look for a code that can be entered and where to put it in. They don't invite or remind you to do that in the promotions email.

You have to email 188Bet to claim your refund, quoting the code and bet ID
You just need to ask yourself one question, do you feel lucky punk?....... Well do ya?

I had the code in brackets at the end of the email title itself.

Update: I lost my next bet too. I emailed 188bet with the promo code asking them to credit me, an d input it into the promotions section of their site again too. Heard nothing back. I just hope they are being slow and are planning to credit me tomorrow instead.....
