Intertops Refusing to Honour Bonuses
I hadn't placed any bets at Intertops for a year or more, but I kept getting reload bonus offers from them (addressed to me personally and including my username), so eventually decided to take them up on their offer and re-deposited. For my pains they gave me a reload bonus of £50.
A couple of days later, they sent out the NFL post-season offer of a $200 free bet, again addressed to me personally and including my username. I duly fulfilled the requirements for this, which involved fairly substantial bets, and sent them an e-mail requesting that they credit the bonus.
I was rather taken aback to receive a reply informing me that my account was not eligible for bonuses. I explained that they had been sending me offers for months, had just credited my account with a reload bonus a few weeks previously, and had invited me personally to partake in the promotion.
The response was as expected - no bonus. Were Intertops always this dishonest, or is this a new strategy?
In a fit of pique I replied to the latest refusal and suggested that if they were going to act so fraudulently then I no longer wished to bet with them, and would appreciate a full withdrawal of my balance.
Today I received the balance of my account.... minus the original £50 reload bonus. WTF!!!?
So, in conclusion, Intertops are lying, robbing bastards, and I would advise everybody to avoid them.

Intertops sending out reloads only to then state you're not eligible has been going on for a few years. You can find references to it dating back to 2009 in the Intertops reload thread in the bonus section of this site. Although my own experience with Intertops has been fine, sending invites only to renege on the invite is not fair to the player.
Moreover KNOWING this is what you do as a company and leaving the system as it is for such a long period suggests there is either no-one with sufficient customer focus to realise that it is unfair or they deliberately do this to attract deposits with no intention of honouring their promotion to the player. Either way, it is a poor area of their business. Basically, if you have to check you're actually eligible for a promotion after being invitied, there's something wrong.

Call them. I had some email ping pong that resulted in a manager supposedly being asked to review. Heard nothing for a few days and called them up. Bonus credited over the phone with no issues...
Shan't bother betting at this shithole after I'm done with this bonus one way or the other - even with the bonuses I don't find the lines attractive enough to justify my time. I'm also limited here (so should have seen the no bonuses thing coming I guess) so overall it's not worth it for me.

Yes total shithole of a book, did the same to me even after I had only had a SUB of $20 bonus on a $200 deposit!
I found their horse odds vary arbable on major US races.
