Gutshot - New Owner, Ridiculous Terms
As some of you may know, the Gutshot non-payment saga rages on. Today I have been informed they have been bought/obtained by Goalgaming Ltd. A company regulated by the LGA Malta.
I have also been informed to release funds players must 'rake' to release funds for withdrawal. If you 'rake' 100 euro you can release 50 for withdrawal.
My question is: Is Goalgaming allowed to set these terms and conditions, because these funds belong to the players concerned and surely by acquiring Gutshot they must pay out players and cannot simply add T&C after T&C in an effort to stop players accessing their funds.
Can anyone shed any light on this because fiasco with this scummy firm goes on and on and on...
There's a bunch of posts on the SUB thread today about it here:
not much apart from what you just said really. Unfortunately not sure there's much you can do legally, they probably aren't obliged to offer anything to existing customers at all so if you complained to a regulator they'd just say as much and the regulator would have to agree. Don't know the ins and outs of the 'buyout' but it does stink to high heaven of dodginess (then again of course - less cynically, maybe they are genuinely trying to do the right thing, have nothing to do with the old owners and the deal does actually represent something much more than nothing).
munk thanks for the reply. My membership has lapsed and am currently unable to re-subscribe so cannot access the sub forum. Whilst their 'solution' may be better than never seeing funds again I certainly do not want to play 5000000 hands of poker to try and extract funds.
