Bunch of lying so and so's!
Go on the home page it clearly says "Bet £5 get £20
Offer only available to new customers who text BET to 67555 or come through related online promotional material. Minimum £5 bet to qualify. Single bets only. Max free bet is £20 even with stakes higher than £5 Stake not returned with any winnings arising from the free bet. Offer expires 03/07/2013. Betbright Standard Terms & Conditions apply."
Well, I texted, joined, deposited £5 and bet. Then I was told the promotion is not valid and they should have removed it.
IT CLEARLY SAYS 03/07/2013! AND IT'S STILL THERE AFTER MY EMAIL!
Avoid! The phone number never works and CS is just one rude girl called Emma who cuts you off. "Irish regulated" my backside, yeah head office the caravan park.

Reason: Moved from payouts thread
They have now added "Offer closing date 17/06/2013" AFTER my complaint. I signed up 21/06/2013.
I have the screenshot from literally 2 hours before so no worries.
AS I SAID, SHYSTERS!
In the name of customer protection, here is all the info you need on these "Irish regulated, PO Box address, 0845 number, CS cutoff, offer dodging" shysters:
1. MSE forum with withdrawal and offer horror stories MoneySavingExpert.com Forums - Board Agreement - Betbright £25 Free Bet
2. Betfair community users complaints b e t b r i g h t > Betfair Community > Football
3. Scamadviser check "Site is Ireland based ,but may also be from the United Kingdom" is betbright.com a scam or legit | betbright.com reviews |check betbright.com for fraud and risk | is betbright.com safe | is betbright.com fake |is com safe
I should have done my homework before and I regret it now. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! Giving your money to Nigerian generals would be safer. Let these shysters go out of business by not biting to any of their offers and giving them all your details.
tbh theyve been perfectly good to me.
hav had 3 withdrawals, all perfectly fine albeit took longer then expected, all bonuses were credited if i had met terms.
Seems like they are having financial difficulties i think

thanked for this post
I moved those 3 posts into this thread because they weren't actually payout reports.
For the record the various threads we have about Betbright are here:
betbright - Search Results - The Gambling Times
Siezable withdrawl requested.
paid in 2 days back to debit card

Hmm I don't have a penny in there but would happily re-deposit. There isn't an awful lot in their usual offers which suggests they aren't going to collapse any time soon. I could be wrong though.
These people should be avoided. Just had them refuse to cover a risk free £30 pound bet promotion they were running citing a random T &C clause which is nowhere to be found on their site. Thoroughly dishonest in my opinion and should be avoided like the plague. Any advice on next steps greatly appreciated.
