For my disgrace I see this thread too late, but at least I see I am not the only in this situation, here another affected with vestabet365
I registered there around three months ago, I made a 200 euros first deposit, I had 200 euros bonus, and like many of you send them a copy of my ID and billing adress to receive my 200 euros bonus at the start.
After a hard and long rollover , I finalized it with winings and when I asked them by skype about make my first withdrawal , they told me they would need another ID document like driver license, two photos of me holding each document, screen captures of my neteller account showing my personal data, the operation deposit in vestabet from neteller, the operation of deposit in neteller from my bank account, a screen capture of my bank making the deposit to my neteller account....unbeliable
Now that they had all these documents from days ago, they each day told me that if I made the rollover correctly and this takes a lot of time because I made a lot of bets.
They told me my rollover was 8000 euros and it was not finished, because they told me they gave me 400 euros bonus, I explained them they were totallt wrong, my bonus was 200 and my rollover 4000, they said that I was right, but they need more time to study deeply all my bets, check my documents and see if my rollover is ok, and many days since this is happening
How do you see? Is the same to you? What do you think? Should I make anything? What are you doing? I am going to post all this now in the most spanish language sports betting fórum to know how this "bookie" Works and that for the momento, they dont pay to their customers that did everything legally there with a very long and hard rollover, sending all kind of documents like never in the past I had to do and now find this situation....

You are not going to believe this, this is the most incredible thing that I never read.
I just receive an email from them, telling me that they checked all my bets to see if I finished the rollover correctly, and they wrote me a lot of bets that they said don't count for the rollover.
I had a rollover of 4000 euros (although they told me yesterday that my rollover must be 8000 euros, but when I told them about their mistake, they change this to 4000)
Anyway, when I made the rollover and was betting, I was checking and writing every bet that I made and discounting it from my count for the rollover and checking it with their automatic system in the web, that was discounting the rollover right
My surprise now is that they wrote a lot of bets that were right, but now they say that don't count for the rollover. By curiosity, I checked first three of them and they were two matchs of football Draw No BEt matchs that were win and a over/under games bet in tennis. Both correct and with enough odd for the rollover and discounted by the system
I ask them for example what happens with these three bets, and asnwer to me, attention, that the two football bets "were Copa Argentina, not Primera Division and they don’t meet the requirements for the rollover" and the other "is tennis and this sport doesn’t apply for the rollover "
What name would you put to something like this? And I only ask them for the first three, mamma mia what they can be inventing to voiding me the rest of bets.
Tennis and football match of cup don't count for the rollover? What the hell bad joke is this? Of Who are they making fun of? And they tell me that I can see in their rules. I didnot check their rules today, but the day I acepted the bonus I am pretty sure they didnot have such a shit of rules
And currently, is impossible that a bookie have such rules
Well, and read what they write after all my "void" bets for the rollover
"The rollover you had to complete was 4000 euro, from it you have done only 563.05 euro.
And there was 3436.95 euro left to play. But because you have broken the rollover rules you must play another 9043.34 euro.
In total you have (3436.95 +9043.34) = 12 480.29 euro more left to play to complete the rollover"
Is not this a total and clear robbery and fraud? Because they don't want to pay, they are asking for all kind of shits of documents, delaying everything, inventing new rules, cheating......
PD:: I checked now the conditions and they were totally changed from the day I accepted the bonus and with this excuse they tell me I did not finish the rollover

Contact the LGA by email and CC Vestabet when you do. If you lay out your argument well enough and you are in the right, often this will be enough to prompt them to pay you what you're due. Failing that the LGA should investigate the matter for you, they should ask you for your username within a few days of contacting them and then investigate the case with Vestabet.
Obviously you need to know that you are 100% in the right to start with if you're going down that route and that you have done absolutely nothing wrong. It's not always a quick process either if it does get to the point where the LGA have to investigate, 2-3 months at a minimum.
Failing all of that, a last resort is taking the issue to the European Small Claims tribunal (if it's under the threshold for small claims, 5000EUR I think but not sure, something like that). But that's really a last resort and should only be something you'd think about after the LGA have ruled against you.
They still owe me £2k, they wont reply to me at all and i have not had a reply from LGA, i need some help with this, if someone wants to help me i would happily give an agreed % of payout,feel free to pm me, it has been a few months now and not had a penny paid so far.

Excuse me but I did not understand you, what do you mean with this "and CC Vestabet when you do"
CC means Carbon Copy. It's an expression that basically means 'to copy another into an email'. Munk is just meaning that you should make sure that you send the email that you sent to the LGA, to Vestabet too, so that all are aware that a complaint has been formally lodged.

Yes like Daz says above I just meant make sure you press the 'CC' (carbon copy) button when you email LGA and send a copy of the email to Vestabet at the same time, that way Vestabet know you have contacted the LGA and vice versa. A lot of the time that's enough to prompt them to pay you what they owe you, they don't want the LGA sniffing around too much.
I don't know exactly how it works but I wouldn't be surprised if the LGA actually charge the license holder if the LGA have to go in and investigate a case, or maybe re-pay the licence fee to get re-licenced if enough people complain, which obviously Vestabet don't want.
@sms the only thing I would suggest is what is above, there isn't anyone who has any magical contact at the LGA or inside Vestabet, you should be fine if you are 100% sure you haven't done anything wrong and you pursue the case with the LGA.

Show go on, the joke continues, this email I received today, don't lose detail:
"As we explained your case has been brought up to the management and they have reviewed. We take into account your arguments that you have signed up a few days prior bonus change and you also insist that you don’t want to play under the new rules. Given the situation (you don’t want to play under the new rules and we cannot allow you to play under the old rules) we propose to cancel your participation in the bonus program. If you agree this means we would reverse all bets and remove the deposited bonus amount. After we cancel we will allow you to take advantage of the First Deposit Bonus under the current rules (if you decide) or play under our standard terms (if you decide).
Should you choose to withdraw after we reverse please note that we have a service charge fee of 10% which would be applicable in your case. However given the situation and the circumstances the management has decided to waiver this service tax and to allow you complete withdrawal of all the originally deposited funds.
Regarding the service charge which we will waiver for you – this is as per our standard terms and conditions and would be applicable in your case since we would reverse all betting history (but we will waiver it as exception for your account):

They really have a great sense of humour. Hahahah Management studied my case and propose my a great solution, they are going to do me a favor giving the money that I deposited back and not charging me the 10% fee of comisión for the withdrawal.
What the hell happens with this scammers?
They only put lie after lie. They put I have signed up a few days prior bonus change (lieeee, I registered and took the bonus and start the rollover by the end of August, almost three months ago) and that I insist I don't want to play under the new rules. How the hell am I going to want play under the new rules if I registered , deposited and completed fairly my rollover with the old rules and everything is ok and I never saw neither accepted another different rules that they changed when they wanted? Why are they inventing now this excuse, to not pay?
And they make me a favor proposing me the solution of cancel my bonus programm (that I completed weeks ago (not now that I am asking for a pay) correctly with the conditions that I accepted when I registered) cancelling all bets, winnings and bonus, that I fairly won risking my own money and they give me back the amount that I deposited and they forgive me the fee of 10% for withdrawal
