The main website is (for me anyway) still not available. The mobile version works though, I have used this to get evidence of my balance, statement, and pending bets.
I was also able to place a bet tonight (for £1) but they are still "trading" in that respect. If they were actually insolvent then I do not think that is allowed. Which does not mean they would not do it anyway as plenty of other firms have flouted that law, but I am pretty sure if they did not have the funds to pay what they owe then they have to stop trading.
The whole thing is just bizarre really. Nothing makes sense.

Yet another on here with the same tale to tell, withdrew 326+100=426 on 23rd March and since then NOTHING, repeated phone calls which mostly go unanswered, emails NEVER replied to and on the few occassions I‘be spoken to someone I'm always told 48 hours and then it will be processed and yet nothing ever comes...also had the promo code letter which I was assured would get me my money but surprise surprise it has not.
Was thinking to contact Gambling commission but I'm sure others here have already done this, also CH 4 Racing and RP but again others may likely have done this already.
There call centre is Midlands based right (1 person answering the phone when they can be bothered).
Also am I right in saying that the advertising they had on Talk sport has ceased?.
Add me to the ever growing list.

By the way, couple of quick questions,
1: did anyone email the company director/accounts manager and by way of a miracle get a reply?.
2: I understand by reading back over threads that many of you have contacted the Gambling commission, can I ask what was the advice given?.
3: In terms of the press EG: Talk sport, R‘Post, CH 4 have any of you contacted them and had any response?.
4: Legally is there action that we as individuals or as a collective for those wishing to can do?.
5: Eventually can we at least apply to card companies to get our deposits back or no recourse to this?.
Have you guys read about their deal with a company to produce the Mobile app?
It says to be available for the 4th quarter of this year.
They're clearly having problems, but am I naive in thinking that they wouldn't be signing contracts/companies wouldn't be taking on the contracts if they were going belly up.
Edit: Just tweeted the racing post, they said their story on Betbutler is in there today, anyone got it?

I contacted these clowns again today and asked whether my larger amounts had been processed. I has received any email promising that they would be processed on 4/29. To my surprise (sarcasm) they have not been processed yet. Imagine that!!
Did they attempt to give you any excuse?
