I joined betbutler about 3 weeks ago and tried to withdraw £795 on the 23/04/2014.
I waited and waited and finally got the kyc email so I took photos of all my stuff and emailed it to them, never got a reply so yesterday I tried ringing them all day and they didn't answer, today I finally did and spoke to a woman, she seemed surprised that I hadn't got a reply and put me on hold to look into it, she then told me my proof of address wasn't good enough so I need to resend it so I said ok and once I do how long would it be before I get my money then she told me about the letter I get and the code etc so im looking at about a week.
after googling about the site I came across this page and seen all the stories and now I feel sick and it looks like im gonna feel like this for weeks to come as Im at the beginning of the process.
will I ever get my money or will they go bust before hand, whichever way this should not be allowed to happen.
I apoligise to the moderators if im not supposed to put this on here but as I said im new to this and I think the chart that gav has done reflects the scale of the problem.
fingers crossed I will get my money soon
PAID this morning.
Good luck to others - would be pretty confident that they are paying people now, so hopefully just a matter of time for other folk.
Thanks to everyone on this forum for running these threads - sure it will have helped in keeping the pressure on them
Excellent news. Even more hopeful given your payment (according to the table) was in the thousands. Although, it was done after mine which confuses the matter. How on earth are they deciding who to pay and when?

Finally, I have paid!! Been waiting since the 17th March, so relieved as I basically wrote it off...
Email received from BetButler:
I can now confirm that your withdrawal of £550.00 was processed on 29/04/14. Please allow upto 72 hours for this amount to reach your bank account.
On behalf of Bet Butler I would like to personally issue you with an apology for the delay in processing your withdrawal.
I assure you that this delay is not a standard Bet Butler procedure and that we always aim to get all payments sent within the timescales provided on our website.
I hope everyone starts getting paid now..
Don’t you think that's a little suspicious that people who just joined the forum has started to receive the withdrawals. I've called several times and sent hundreds of emails with no response.
I wish I was wrong.
I got similar - still not going believing it until its in my account but at least it mentions the remaining amounts so not a cut and paste email
Dear Mr Mckenna,
I can now confirm that your withdrawal for £300 and £380 have been processed today. Please allow 48-72 hours for them to reach your bank account.
I would like to apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience.
I only joined forum a few days ago. but have tortured them for ages with phone calls, twitter abuse, emails to gamblinmg commission and reporting fraud to the online fraud authorities. I think they are starting to pay, so hopefully we can all get our money and never bet with them again. forget the offers, I'll be sticking with betfair only from here onwards.
SAying that I've only received 20 + 30. but got an email saying my 300 + 380 have been processed
Anyone had an email saying they will be paid that is using skrill ?
Seems to be bank transfers / debit cards only.
they told me this morning that skrill payments they had made were being returned to them..said problem will be sorted 48 hrs
Returned for what reason other than
1. Cant type an email address
2. You do not have sufficient funds
Another 48 hours....
