Smartlive losing balances
I just logged in to Smartlive Sports to find my balance was zero when I knew full well it was nothing like, was about £150 in actual fact. I mentioned it on TGT chat and apparently a few people have had it. Live chat asked some people how much it was which is a bit fishy. Wonder if you said it was less than it was if they just keep what's left? It all smells a bit fishy. I was asked which wallet it was missing from but I just told them to sort it out and it was quickly reinstated but it does make you wonder how many people with low balances or poor memories wouldn't even notice.
