BetTap - Withdrawal Complaints
I am a complete novice to online casinos and have only just started to play but one thing i do remember to do is not select bonuses. My issue started when creating a new Bettap account with a deposit method of Skrill.
I played and deposited a few hundred and lost which is normal for me but then i came back and deposited and tried again but this time i won and processed a withdrawal of a few hundred which stated it would take 24 - 48 hours to process.
This is where it gets interesting, 48 passed and nothing so i logged on to my account to take support which doesn't have a live chat feature, i had a some funds left in the account and decided to play this off before contacting the team about my withdrawal. What i failed to realise was that my withdrawal had been cancelled and it wasnt until i contacted support that they informed me that my pending withdrawal was cancelled due to an and i quote "server restart and re-sync with Skrill" i wasnt communicated nor was i informed of this issue! I have had a number of emails back and fourth with support expressing my disgust and treatment stating that my withdrawal should never have been canceled and if the mix up was on there end they should have reprocessed or contacted me to inform me of this!!!
Please can anyone advise whether i have a case to argue that this action was unfair and whether i should take this further.
I have also contacted SKRILL to see whether they would advise whether they did in actual fact have a server drop but this has yet to be confirmed!
Feeling cheated and my one time win has turned into a nightmare!!!
It is not great behaviour no but am I right in thinking that they refunded your withdrawl amount to your balance which you went and then lost? If so then you have no case at all I suspect. It pays to keep tabs on what your balances are at any bookie so you can dispute any discrepencies (or notice when withdrawals have been cancelled)

Thank you Lukey25, i suspect your right but the tactics used are scandalous as too prevent me from cashing out they claimed a false reason for the cancellation to get me to continue spending until i ultimately lost it all - but it was returned to my balance! Lessons learnt but not the best practice to use from an Operator nor a regulated one that should practice responsible and fair gambling!
