I moved your post to the complaints forum, if you do get paid can you please update the payouts thread though:
IF more people do start complaining about payouts then we can add a note to the payouts thread as a warning (if anyone else has been paid recently let us know?) and use this thread to keep tabs on the situation as it progresses.
Re your problem though, what are they saying when you chase them up about it? I'm sure it'll be fine, there haven't been many (if any) negative reports with Titanbet on the payouts front. I seem to vaguely remember they did go through a bit of a purple patch for a while with their service or crediting of bonuses or something else to do with bonuses - wagering requirements or moving goalposts with t&c? - but I'm fairly sure they've we've not had any negative complaints regarding payouts.
Anyway if you can update the payouts thread when you do get paid that would be great.
Titan are such rogues.
Never did get my grand off them as I refused to pay the £75 to get my docs notorised.
My fault really as I'd avoided them for years due to knowing such a thing could happen.
Do also remember that they have a clause in their T&Cs allowing them to close your account if you talk about any problems on gambling forums. This may be why there aren't so many bad reports as there should be.
They're rogue and they know it.

Thanks sparky, I thought there was something or other a while ago (12 months or so - edit: feb 2014 as it goes) but couldn't remember what it was, perhaps it was your problem (yes it was that that I was thinking of, the gist of it is here around your post). Ever since then I've kept a fairly small balance in there, payouts have been fine for me when they're only a few hundred.
Aren't the part of the same group as Winner (Rapidlane)? I only mention as my last Winner withdrawal took 8 days.
I am having problems with titanbet, with their verification process, they require the usual, but also a photograph of you holding the document required along side your head, and your your signature, i have told them that is going a bit to far, i will be seeking legal advice on this, this needs changing, i think all the verification should be in place before they activate your account

Would be interesting to see what the Gambling Commission's take on this is now that Titabet fall under their regulatory authority. In the past a number of operators have gone down the route of requesting absurd photos be taken of you holding the ID next to your face, but most if not all of them would have been regulated overseas and so they perhaps had some cause to require that (since they wouldn't have access to as many UK specific KYC (know your customer) checking instruments for want of a better term - thinking access to electoral roll / credit checks etc). However the GC may have some different rules regarding KYC checking and find that such a request is out of order and ask them to desist from requesting it.

I offered to get a copy of my birth certificate stamped and signed by my solicitor, but that was not good enough, they will not have what they require, so up to me now, i still think they should ask for the verification items before the account is opened. If i read the terms and conditions of everything in my life, would not have time for much else, funny how you can open on line betting accounts without actually signing anything.
I remember the first time I opened a Betfair account, probably the very first account I ever opened 8(?) yrs ago, I thought exactly the same... seemed outrageous that they would allow ANYONE to deposit any amount of money, bet (and possibly lose) it all, but only actually check that you're eligible to gamble / over 18 / etc when it comes to trying to get your money out again. But actually Betfair were/are probably the best of a bad lot in terms of that 'issue' and at least their KYC system was/is pretty good... with some other less scrupulous operators you find they use KYC / money laundering rules to stop you from withdrawing especially if you've won a lot.

I would only reiterate what I said above, if you want your money quick, then do as they say. Otherwise get your solicitor to give them a gentle nudge. ie threaten them with the regulator - which whilst in itself is probably of little value if they were going to shaft you (see the recent Betbutler/Canbet debacle threads for examples of how useless the GC are in that respect), nonetheless if they don't want hassle from the regulator then they'll probably just pay you straight away once your solicitor or you start suggesting that kind of intervention.
But by far the easiest thing is to just do as they ask - going down the alternative route will take weeks if not months (if they don't cave in immediately and dig their heels in out of spite).
I know what you are saying monk, but sometimes you just have to try and do something to change the laws, terms and conditions seem to be made, and thats supposed to be that, and its the same with a lot of things, they have not got a lot of my money, but it must be frustrating for them when they withhold customers money, that they cannot do anything with, because it will always be the customers money.
