    Bodog keeps confusing me!

I get periodic promotional emails from Bodog because I have an account there and this statement was at the end of the email.

Bodog has its head office, and is licensed in, the Caribbean nation of Antigua. The Bodog group of companies (Online Poker, Casino, Sports Betting and Horse Racing at Bodog ) offer a host of entertainment services, including online gaming, which includes Poker, Casino and a suite of other world-class gaming products. Bodog does not offer "for money" gaming services within North America. For more information, contact Media Relations at pr@bodoglife.com.

Does the bold area mean people from North America are banned from playing with real money or what? I played there about 3 weeks ago and they took my money with no problem. I just thought that statement was off the wall....

i just played poker there yesterday for 6 hours. I am pretty sure they allow US players still to play there. Unless this just happened in the last 12 hours.

BODOG would not pull out of the US market because it would mean the end of them.

well, every poker commercial on tv says only for entertainment use only.

I just went and made a bet online also and they took my action. I bet conor jackson -115 vs fuckadome more hits/runs/rbi.

SO they are still taking US action for sure.

Maybe it's a disclaimer for the US Gov't saying they have no land based operations in North America.

Who knows. Prolly having to make Zoom's check good has killed them and they are going under

I did the PSO offer for Amazon vouchers via Bodog - Easy £50 to spend at Amazon - If it were a free bet I'd no doubt just pay the gas bill with it!

Happy Days - Bodog CS were helpful too.
