Just spent 6hours 35mins playing a tournament on fult tilt poker

2628 entrants 1st place prize of $5300.

with 112 people left i got dealt AQ sitting 1 place before the small blind

everyone folds except the guy who was on the button

Flop is

QQK

turn and river were low cards cant remember what

no flushs or straights possible

was sitting in 10th place currently worth about $300

went all in on the river with over 150k worth of chips

and the other guy revelled QK for a full house.

6 and a half hours for a $16 profit lol

standard. it hurts more in tournaments cause of the time involved. but im stacking off here all day everyday.

Ask yourself - what are you going to get called with here?

Value bet the pot, and if he comes over you then you have the time to think "can i fold this". Instead you pushed in what was essentially a nervous semi bluff to steal the pot that backfired. Anyway - unlucky - but slightly bad play aswell! Next time put yourself in the position to gain more information.
