Andy and Ian...

First off very very nice work here. Lots to be done tho so I thought I would lay some things out and we can scratch them off as they are done.

1. We need a new logo. The Fellas Forum logo has to go as awesome as I think it is.

2. Where you see Live Odds, Matchups, Injuries, Etc... we need to come up with something people would actually use... Top 10 casinos, Top 10 Sportbooks, Top Poker Rooms? Scoreboards, Live Odds....

I have a lot more but my phone is ringing...

OK things to do (in no particular order)

Doc = New Logo, based on flame but slightly different TGU = (Hilbert!)

Doc = Setting up templates of Forums and Sub Forums, so its all in place ready to go when other threads ported over. (If this goes wrong can re-hash old threads into new structure) Basically what is there before we port we recreate after.

(This is largely done now, need a small bit for Poker I think still, and a private bit for admins / mods)

Ian = Is that SEO thing working?

Ian = Links in top bar to "live odds" "Injuries" blah blah blah change to Three boxes linking to the TGT lists - Sports / Casino / Poker

Andy = Get some new freebets and maybe Poker Freeroll, etc set up for when we launch

Andy = Talk to KidPoker about Casinos section and also Poker for that matter.

Ian = linking forum from TGT to TGU instead?

Ian = Can we have flashy banners anywhere on the site? Not many but some that I can change easily?

I wont be online until late tomorrow (well late here, probably 5PM with you Doc)

Ian thinks will try to import existing forums in tomorrow to see what happens, we can then cut / paste / copy trim etc etc

Might need to do again nearer eventual launch so posts not lost but can be selective and will know more what we are dealing with and how to do it then.

I dont understand what you mean in point 2?

I am going to relable some of the forum headers slightly later so they are more clear (It can always be changed back)

hey guys..

i'm too busy with school right now.. and the guy who made the logo actually knew how to use photoshop.. so he did some crazy layering and stuff..

anyways.. i attached the .psd files.. and hopefully you can get it sorted out.
