You are free to go with anyone you want of course but for someone to "tout" for business they must have 100 posts and 25 thanks to their name:

It is also probably best you go with a regular forum poster who has been helpfull to you or others in the past. But obviously at the end of the day up to you.

Also worth mentioning that for VCBet each referrer only gets 5 goes as that is the limit set by Victor.
