Thank you for your e-mail.
With regard to your points allocation please note that the 240 points appear to be correct. Please note the following details with regard to this calculation.
Do I earn Betfair points with Betfair Casino?
Yes, you can earn Betfair points. These points will be credited to your account on a daily basis. Betfair points are awarded in the following manner.
Zero Lounge Games 0%
Blackjack, Casino War, Craps, Baccarat 1%
Video Poker 1%
Other card games 2%
Other table games 2%
Soft Games 3%
Instant Games 3%
Points are credited daily on the following basis: Wagered Amount (in £GBP) * Points % for game * 20= Betfair Points Awarded
Betfair points are not awarded for the zero lounge games or bonus funds. Betfair points will not be awarded when you have nominated to take a Betfair points holiday.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further enquiries.

Did you do the wagering all on one day or over several? As the points only update daily. 240 points implies, £600 pounds of wagering which is obviously wrong since to get the bonus you must do £1500!
I'd sit on it for a few days and see if the total increases!
I just checked the points total on my other halfs new account and it is correct. This was completed a couple of days ago so I suspect it may be Fri / Sat before your correct total can be received.

This will show you the games you have played, with stats. Presuming you played only Pai Gow, you should have handle figure which is the amount wagered - this should be at least 1500 if you've unlocked the bonus.
Use this figure to work out your current points,
So Points = Handle x 0.4
0.4 is merely = 0.02 x 20 as per Betfairs own documentation. If you played other games than Pai Gow then you might need to use a different %, ie blackjack would be x 0.2
Hello - sorry I haven't updated this (cannot see how to change the title thread?)
The £200 + £100 + £50 bonus is only available when they have their "RAF doubled" weeks (think there have been three this year)
At all other times it is £100 + £50 + £50 bonus so still pretty good and on the whole should be much more profitable than the normal sportsbook bonus.
I've merged this thread with the original 'Betfair Improved RAF' thread since it's essentially the same thing.

It is actually possible to do both you can click on the link on the homepage or in the bookmaker list and then put in the RAF code of anyone you want afterwards.

I signed into my Betfair account this morning and was pleased to find £50 extra in my account. I checked my statement and this is what it said...

Anybody know what this is. I wasn't expected it and I haven't had an email or anything, not that I'm complaining of course!
Sounds like somebody used your referral, though it's usually only £20, or £40 if doubled.

Isn't this the referral bonus as you were referred by someone else?
This is most likely from the recent 'enhanced' referral offer. (instead of getting £25 you get £50)
Betfair were running a double RAF (RAE ) promotion at the start of July, that's why it's £50 (usually just £25 as foofi says, referrer gets £20 usually, £40 in the 'double' period)
