I think it's OK, Andy will chip in if not hopefully. There is no requirement for you to have a certain level of thanks/posts to request a RAF - BUT if you want to offer RAF publicly on the forum then you must abide by the RAF rules here:

I would only say just be wary of who you accept a referral from etherz, if they get in trouble you might get in trouble etc etc!

As above thats fine, the RAF deal is probably "better" overall £s value, thats sort of the most important point, if an offer and/or RAF deal is better value then its a bit "off" to ban it being mentioned. Which is not to say we wouldnt appreciate you always using the TGT lists to join places, even when there is no £5 cashback, it helps support the site and means there can be more promotions, offers, general support and insurance for people when things go wrong, but it is at the end of the day up to you.
