There is a HIGH chance of a goal in the 1st half of this match. There was a goal as expected but came about 5 mins before the price I was looking for came
Another market I will be keeping an eye on in this game is the 1x2. I strongly expect Haugesund to win this match but pre KO odds of just 1.80 do not interest me. They won as expected but I never got the inplay price i was looking for Maybe a mistake as they 1.80 on offer pre KO was a good price when I hadthem around a 1.61 shot for the win.
Molde v Sogndal 3.00pm
There is a HIGH chance of a goal in the 1st half of this match. layed HT 0-0 @1.60 (same as backing at 2.66) and it was a winner with a goal in 41st min
Another good show here in the early norwegian games. everything Iexpected to happen did happen. Only managed to get on 1 bet though as the Haugeund goal came abit too early
Between Djurgardens 5 home games and Syrianskas 5 away games 9 out of those 10 have ended under 2.5 goals with 7 of those 9 also ending under 1.5 goals.
Syrianska struggle to score goals away from home and have only scored 1 goal failing to find the back of the net in 4 of their 5 away games.
Djurgardens are hardly prolific in front in of goal at home failing to scorein 3 of their 5 home games and just 3 home goals scored.
Should hopefully be a good match to trade as 4 of Djurgardens 5 home games have been 0-0 at halftime and 4 of Syrianskas 5 away games have been 0-0 at halftime.
In the 10 games so far only 2 have seen seen a 1st half goal and none of the 10 games have seen 2 1st half goals.
Avge time of the 1st match goal in Djurgardens home games is the 69th minute (earliest goal 39th min) and the avge time of 1st match goal in Syrianskas away games is the 67th minute (earliest goal 21st min)
I have backed Under 2.5 goals @ 1.76 on betfair and I have also backed Under 1.5 goals @ 3.25 with ladbrokes
Under 1.5 goals is only 3.15 on betfair and most firms only go as high as 3.00 and considering 7 of the 10 games so far have went under 1.5 goals then 3.25 is a nice price
Under 2.5 goals @ 1.76 (£150) Under 1.5 goals @ 3.25 (£50)
Will be looking to do some in-play trading here and 0-0 for as long as possible is the order of the day.
You will have noticed that I use the strategy and of looking for games with a high chance of a 1st half goal and then looking to get on inplay a better odds than the pre KO.
One game has came up today in the swedish league.
Sweden Allsvenskanliga- BK Hacken v Halmstad 6.00pm
5 of Hackens 6 home games have seen a 1st half goal and 5 of Halmstads 6 away games have seen a 1st half goal. So 10 outo f the 12 games have seen a 1st half goal.
pre KO odds are around 1.33 hoping to get on inplay around 25-30 mins odds against.
If there is a 1st half goal then I fully expect that goal o come from Hacken and I have also backed Hacken 1-0 at HT @ 4.30 for £30 on BF
League of Ireland Premier Division- Derry City v Sligo Rovers 7.45pm
Back Derry @ 2.82
Both sides come into this match locked on 33pts with Derry ahead in 3rd on GD. When you look at Derrys home form and Sligos away form you will see hat Derrys is far superior.
Derry are unbeaten at home since losing very late on 1-0 on the opening day of the season which ironically was against tonights opponants Sligo. Sligo dont have that great an away record have have won just 3 of their 9 away games, 1 of those away games was a 1-0 win over Derry but the other 2 were against the leagues bottom 2 sides Galway and Drogheda. Galway have 1pt from 9 home games after 1 draw and 8 defeats and Droghedas isnt much better with just 2pts at home from 9 games after 2 draws and 7 losses so the fact Sligo managed to win these 2 games is of no surprise.
Alot of people will just take a quick a glance at this seasons H2H results between the 2 so far and see Sligo have won both games 1-0 & 3-0 but they will probably fail to see a few points..
1: The 1-0 defeat was on the opening day of the season and of course Derry were a newly promoted side, it was also a very late 88th min goal.
2: The 3-0 defeat Derry suffered away to Sligo back in may is abit misleading.
that game was 0-0 until Eddie McCallion gave away a penalty and was sent off, Sligo scored the penalty and went 1-0 up then straight after it Kevin Deery was shown a 2nd yellow and Derry went down to 9 men
so they went from 0-0 and 11 vs 11 to 1-0 down and 11 vs 9 in the space of 2 mins
Derry actually went on to end the game with 8 men as Friars was sent of late on.
So not much can be made from the fact Sligo beat derry 3-0, the opening 2 goals were penalties and Derry had 9 men.
I think Derry will be looking to avenge those 2 defeats and they are in very good form to do so.
If Derry can bag the opening goal then we will have a nice trading opportunity. Derry have scored the opening goal in 7 of their 9 home games whilst Sligo have only scored the opening goal in 3 of their 9 away games.
The best option here is to actually LAY Sligo @ 2.80 (current lay odds). By Backing Derry the only way you ever trade out of for a profit is if derry go ahead. By Laying Sligo then you have numerous opportunites to trade out for profit..
1, if derry go ahead
2, it stays 0-0 for a period long enough
3, sligo go down to 10 men
4, even if sligoscore 1st then we still have the chance of derry equalising will mean a profitable trade out.
I am happy to take a punt on Derry as I using stakes alot lower than I normally use. If I was using the stakes I use during the normal football season then I would of just layed Sligo instead of backing Derry
