City and Aguero to out score Falcao

Radamel Falcao is one of the hottest strikers in Europe at the moment and the former Manchester United man will be looking to come out on top against Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero on Tuesday.

Falcao will lead the line for Monaco – who are currently top of Ligue 1, and one of the most feared teams in Europe at the moment.

The Colombian marksman has 16 goals in 15 starts for Monaco, but City are without their newly installed first-choice front-man in Gabriel Jesus – who may not play again this season due to a broken foot.

That means City boss Pep Guardiola has recalled Aguero – who is a short-price to out-score Falcao on Tuesday – rated at 13/8 by bet365.

Aguero

We spoke with bet365’s Steve Freeth who told TheGamblingTimes.com: “In a short space of time we’ve seen Aguero go from first name on the team-sheet to not even getting on the team-sheet, and while form, and goals, have been hard to come by since the turn of the year, he’s a handy replacement to have.

“Jesus has impressed in the two minutes he’s been here and clearly fits into Pep’s long term plans. The same maybe can’t be said for Aguero, but if he’s on a going day then Monaco beware. It’s a game where the Over Goals/BTTS markets have already been very popular – it could be a cracker.”

Man City are 9/4 with bet365 to be the highest Champions League scorers in midweek with Sevilla, who host Leicester, as the firm’s 15/8 favourites.
