    Bet training

I'm pretty happy with what I do at the moment but figured I can always learn something new so booked myself on Peter Webb's course for next month. The Betting Exchange Academy

I've no intention of ever giving up my day job but if I can make money faster and easier then I'm all for it.

Anyone ever been on one of these before? Any reviews or recommendations?

I'm not sure what to expect to be honest but I'll report back here on how I found it if anyone is interested?

I'd be really interested to read a report on one of his courses, he's the trading guru right?

I was hoping to buy his book, but I think they have shelved plans to release it.

I would imagine the courses are quite expensive.

Interesting, and would love to hear what you think of it.

Do you mind me asking how much?

Not at all, it's published on his website, it's £400 for the day.

It's a lot of money but as I have a separate bank for betting money it's coming straight out of there, so it's more of a re-investment.
I couldn't justify £400 of real money to my girlfriend for me to spend on a betting seminar!

Always wanted to have a look at something like this have to admit to being a bit weary of such courses though.

Look forward to hearing what you think of it well done for doing it in the first place.

I'm a bit weary too. I got sent an email after registering where I have to reply and rate my skills from 1 to 10, with 10 being "I eat traders for breakfast!"

I hope there aren't too many 10's on this course, I really don't fancy being someones breakfast!

I would be interested to know roughly what it is you do on the course, and do you actually learn anything.

I have never been on anything like it before because i imagined they would basically say in very glorified terms, "back higher than you lay" as ultimately thats what it always comes down to. But as I say i have never been so i woukd like to know if you think it was worth it.
Have a plan and stick to it

My thoughts exactly but for £400 there must be something. Its like the tipping service thing if there that good why tell anyone else just make the money yourself. If it is a trading course though i suppose he could actually be building the liquidity so therefore is helping himself in the process.

I am sure there is a lot more to this course and you will probably learn some things from other people on the course.

Count me as one of the interested in hearing what you thought of the course. Whether you came away with new (to you) methods of making money, whether you think it's a goer, etc...

Sounds interesting. Looks like its only in the south though.Anyone been on one of them Betfair days? The Manchester ones were usually on days i couldnt go but finally decided to sign up for the one in Feb but it was full by the time i tried to sign up.I believe the Betfair guys who host the course are the dogs doodahs at predicting movement in the market.I'll probably go for the next one but all the published ones at the moment are out of the area.
