andy i was just wondering what stratergy you were using to make £16 in play on the football. is it not almost impossible to predict and doesn't the market get suspended whenever something happens? well done though!

Like you say, well done to Grandthrax for the excellent trading. This was what I had tried the previous two weeks with not an ounce of success, so Grandthrax I'm very envious and ever so slightly curious!
When it comes to horse trading you obviously have 'it'.

I would imagine the year sub would just get added onto the end of your current sub, so if you just won a month so far that would expire on Sept 1st, and if you won a year then you'd get the sub extended to Sept 1st 2010. I haven't checked with Adam but am fairly sure he'd do that.

A mixture of betting when the odds I felt over reacted, like to a freekick in a dangerous area, it was the behind team and the odds may come in from 5s to 4.5 or less, now I dont think the odds of a team actually winning has increased 10% based on that kick! For a start EVEN if they scored they are still only drawing. It was a disproportionate move, and once the kick went out/saved/whatever, the odds went straight back to 5s, and could be locked in.

It was something like that. Also a bit of "lay the leader" which just got lucky. One team went 2-0 up, then it went 2-2, then finally 3-2 I think but the trades on the 1-0 and 2-0 then greening up made most of it.
