How we are odds on to win it I do not know. That is a value lay for sure. Instead of that though I have also backed them at 1.68 and over 2.5 goals as well, it makes it more fun. 10 out of 10 for Loyalty, Minus several 1000 for smart financial planning.
Well I must be mad as have gone in on the win only market rather than DNB which as my original plan. Then with my main Arsenal challenge, have had to go in at 1.2, good to know we are favourites but not high enough to make me rich
The final whistles may only have just blown but thought I'd get my quick summary over with while I was at PC!
Unfortunately, when you are scoring for fun and playing against one of the leagues worst teams, good odds are hard to come by. There wasn't much difference between any sites with BF actually be one of the worst so as I had money at Paddy's placed £9 @ 1.20. New figures are: Current Pot: £19.63 Total Invested: £5.00 Current P/L: £14.63
Although deep down I knew it had to happen eventually, the realisation of a final NCFC victory was still in my dreams! Finally they have provided so this challenge is off the mark. Odds weren't great but in the end I settled for £2 @ 1.70 at Paddy's. Current Pot: £3.40 Total Invested: £6.00 Current P/L: -£2.60
Well, Norwich are doing better than Man Utd in money terms right now! I'm down £2.25 overall right now.
Man Utd decided to step up this time after a slightly embarrassing loss 1-0 against Burnley last week. This week against Wigan they overcompensated and won 0-5! Wish they could have spared 2 of those goals last week vs Burnley.
Another round of matches down, so another update on how I am getting along:
After winning last week in Scotland, the odds of Arsenal repeating the feat were unsurprsingly low. I had hoped for a little better value but in the end settled for 1.4 at BF. The boys duly obliged so that makes it 4 out of 4 although this weekend sees us play Man Utd away which could be a slightly tougher challenge. Current Pot: £23.37 Total Invested: £5.00 Current P/L: £18.37
After finally getting off the mark on Saturday, Monday night saw the NCFC part of my challenge come back down to Earth with a bump. I had hoped that Sunderland would rest some players so went for the win only at 4.9 but in the end it didn't matter and another loss is chalked up. Next is Hartlepool away who haven't had a great start either so fingers crossed. Current Pot: £1.40 Total Invested: £6.00 Current P/L: -£4.60
