Unless anyone is seeing differently, I make it 159 World Cup goals (145 regular and 14 goals from penalty shootouts). As per the rules in post #1, every goal scored counted so I believe we have a winner and that winner is horsekeeper. Congratulations to him and unlucky Mariner
