If this makes it too complicated and/or everything thinks it's a crap idea then forget it but.....

..how about giving ppl the option to trade? either within a certain initial window, or at any point. The rule being, anyone can trade as long as the person who has the contestant they want also wants to do the trade?

I.e. say I got Mary & Susan got Storm, I might say to Susan "wanna swap?" & if she does then we swop. Or alternatively, I might get Mary & say "does ANYONE want to swap....?"
