RE: the topic of the thread... I go through phases. I'm either really motivated or really not. Keeping records is always good, even if you're just jotting down Offer x = +£ .... so you can see it building up. I used to be really lazy with the small offers and if I couldn't be bothered would just not do them even though they were easy like wills fivers. I make sure I do them now but I do it so that if/when I win I win a decent amount so £5 on a roulette quarter etc, or slots ones 1 or 2 big spins....prob evens out overall but more exciting when you do win something.

I know the target thing is debatable as you may try and do stupid stuff just to reach your target, but targets are always good for me as I try and work harder to reach it. Something that I'm guilty of is not really perceiving this as real money, its all just numbers....probably getting yourself a treat now and again to put it all into perspective would help and show something for the hard work you've put in
