How many Baseball handicap bettors here

Just wondering if there is anyone else besides me that not only match bets with baseball, but also bets on the games individually.

It is a daily routine of mine to bet on the games and props, but never hear anyone else here talking about that.
PM me for special deals I might have for Most US books. I have many special bonuses that i dont always post about, but i do have, so dont hesitate to PM me.

WOW, where to start. Well I will be honest, handicap betting takes a lot of work. And a lot of time to properly do it and profit. Every sport is a little different. Some people try to come up with systems and other ways to Cap. But I still think the best way to start is to know the sport inside and out. And the key is to look for the best value, not always the best team. That is really hard for some people to understand. It takes a lot of time though to learn everything, and I have been doing it for about 12 years and am still learning some new things.

Baseball for example, here are some things to look for.

    1. starting pitchers - How does each pitcher pitch at home and away. Is either pitcher much better than the other, does either pitcher have a very poor or good history vs the team they are facing

    2. Relief pitching - Is either bullpen used up or fresh. Is either bullpen much better than the other.

    3. Hitting - Does either team hit much better or worst at home or away. Does either team hit lefty or right hand pitching better depending on the pitcher they are facing, Does either team have a history good or bad vs the pitcher they are facing.

    4. Teams - Does either team have a history that is good or bad vs the team they are playing, Is either team really good or bad at home or away, is either team hot or cold right now.

    5. Injuires - does either team have any key injuries. Does either teams pitcher just come of the disabled list.

    6. Ballpark or weather - IS the wind blowing in or out, Is the ballpark fit better for either pitcher or team , does the road team have a really good or bad history at that ballpark.

    7. The actual line. Now after looking at some of these other factors, is the line in your favor on either team to give you value.

    8. ANd finally when doing over and under lines, knowing the umpire behind the plate can be huge also.

Pretty impressive amount of research there! The big thing i struggle with is how you take that information and then come up with a probability of the result to compare against the current odds?

Agreed - that's pretty heavy and Kidpoker obviously knows what he is doing.

To be honest, I have never really known much about sports/soccer (I'm in the UK), but I do enjoy Matched Betting/Arbing becuase you are looking for advantages in the maths. My career is quite analytical and attentive to detail etc, and I think that I will make a good Arb Trader, but would probably doubt that I would ever become a capper!

Having said that, I wouldn't ever say never, as I do find it's suprising what you can learn and do whe you put your mind to it an get the right advice/help.

It sounds like a lot of work, but acutally a lot of time is cut down once you know the teams better. And You remember what teams hit better or what pitcher pitches better and etc. So really it only takes me a little over an hour everyday to put in the regular play bets. ANd prop bets take me about an hour also.

Ha, having my worst season in a long time. Still in the profit but mainly that is from prop betting. Baseball is usuaully a huge money maker for me every year, but this year only a small profit at the half way point.
