Book to Book Transfers

Has anyone ever done book to book transfers for books in the same group and got a signup/reload bonus at the 2nd book? Just noticed Jazz do free transfers to ABC Islands - though that seems pretty cheeky and very bonus-whore-ish

I have before from betjamaica to thegreek, and they gave me a reload bonus with it. 10%. After I made the transfer I just emailed thegreek and said, i just made a deposit into thegreek, can I have the reload bonus for that, and it was added. That was a long time ago though.
