Hello Andy,

Welcome to the July edition of the TGTnewsletter.

NEW FEATURES

Payouts Forum: We have created a'no-chat' Payouts Forum for users to post short reports of thepayouts they have received. Previously, such reports were oftenburied within multiple bonus-related threads which made ittime-consuming to search them out. We believe that by building up adatabase of payouts, not only will users be able to easily see thelatest payouts being reported but that they will also be able to noteany payout trends over a period of time.

Users wishing to post a slow-paycomplaint or any other type of payout complaint should create athread in the Player Support/General Complaints forum so chat on thatissue can occur in that specific thread. The TGT moderating teamwill then highlight this slow-pay complaint by linking to it in post#1 of the gaming site's thread in the Payout Forum. This means thatpost #1 of all payout threads will provide a date-marked and instantoverview of slow-pay complaints we have received on the forumswithout those complaints ending up buried in pages of other 'normal'payout reports or the Payouts Forum becoming filled with chat.

The Payouts Forum can be found here:

http://www.thegamblingtimes.com/board/payout-times-reports/

Watchdog: Another new feature is theTGT Watchdog which has been set up as a more formal channel for usersto register complaints about gaming sites we have listed/reviewed onour site. As well as more general complaints about incorrect betsettlements and so on, if you have been waiting more than 14 days fora payout, please feel free to use this Watchdog facility.

A summary of existing Watchdogcomplaints received by TGT can be viewed here:

RATINGS AND NEWS ROUND-UP

188bet (7*): From an email tocustomers: "You can now fund your account through a wide rangeof commonly used payment methods including UK credit and debit cards. Our withdrawal options have been expanded to allow you to quicklywithdraw funds from your 188BET account straight to your UK debit orcredit card(s) free of charge. If you prefer, you can choose todeposit and withdraw via Moneybookers, Neteller, Ukash and more."

888 Holdings: In seeking to extend intothe social networking and mobile sectors, 888 holdings (888sport,Casino-on-net, Pacific Poker, 888ladies bingo) has acquired theMytopia social games development studio from Real Dice for $18m.

Bestake (1*): Bestake is a Costa Ricanexchange which came to the attention of some players after appearingon the Betbrain odds comparison site. The site appeared to offervery generous odds on some selections and offered 1% commissionduring the World Cup 2010 period. During this period, users wantingto withdraw were presented with what they thought was an expresswithdrawal link entitled 'Show Me The Money'. All users who clickedthis link had their entire balances automatically split across thesame 6 betting selections chosen by Bestake. For users to win, all 6bets would have to win yet the payout would be as singles + 15%, sonowhere near the true odds of hitting the 6-fold. Do not deposithere, these are scam tactics.

Betdaq (7*): A TGT user complainedabout Betdaq removing monies from his balance without notification. The monies were removed in order to cover the difference between theMoneybookers fees the company would incur on the withdrawal fees andthe commission he had generated. Read the thread here:

http://www.thegamblingtimes.com/board/player-support-gaming-site-feedback-general-complaints/7423-beware-betdaq-hidden-withdrawal-fees.html

Betfair (10*): Spain's opening WorldCup fixture (v Switzerland) was the biggest ever football match(revenue-wise) on Betfair with over 50m traded.

Betonline247 (unrated): We would advisecaution with this book as unfavourable reports have emerged on othersportsbook forums and it often appears their odds seem a little toopro-punter when they show up on odds comparisons sites.
