"Fivers" Cashback Claims
- To claim the £5 cashback you must be a "new" user to the relevant site and the link must have "tracked" and registered that you joined through this site.
- The minimum wagering requirement is that £25 must have been deposited and £25+ of wagers must have been made.
- Claims must be submitted using the form and contain details of the site you joined and the date.
- Claims must be submitted within 21 days of joining or they will not be valid.
- Claims will be processed and payments made in the first week of each month.
- Payments will be made via moneybookers only, the minimum payment amount is £25.
- After 1st August 2010 claims submitted by TGT Premium members are automatically eligible for the cashback.
- Any ACTIVE forum member at TheGamblingTimes (Premium or otherwise) is eligible to recieve the cashback rewards until 31st December 2010.
- To be classed as an active forum member you will have posted either usefull, informative, funny or lucrative posts, and contributed positively to the overall community. Examples would be posting about new offers you find, commenting on what you did to tackle them and helping others with any questions asked. There is no limit to how many posts you need to make but a good rule of thumb would be one post a week/per claim minimum.
- Claims shall expire and become invalid if all T&Cs are not met within 6 months of registering at the claimed for site.
Competition Prizes
- To claim a prize submissions must be E-mailed to promotions@thegamblingtimes.com including details of which competition you won and enclosing a screenshot as proof.
- Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of the competition closing or they will no longer be valid.
- We reserve the right to use the details of the Prize and Winner in any advertising material.
Watchdog Claims
- Only legitimate complaints will be investigated after the member has made every reasonable effort to solve the situation themselves first.
- Fraudulent or Malicious claims will not be tolerated.
- Any site which we list will see us try to provide help but it is only "Recommended" sites that we would have any real influence. If you have any problems or complaints to make against a recommended site, report it to us and we will intervene on your behalf.
