Watchdog Complaints

We have many years experience dealing with all kinds of issues between players and gambling sites which are often a simple misunderstanding we can quickly help resolve.  In other more complex cases tens of thousands of $s have been involved
with sometimes "Scam" bookmakers delibrately cheating/stealing from players and it is imperative everybody is made aware of this as quickly as possible. It is not all one way though, at times groups of players
have also been caught delibrately attempting to defraud the gambling sites and this information is passed on to the relevant authorities.

By filing a complaint and it being "Accepted" at that point on we will investigate what has happened and mediate in an attempt to draw a satisfactory conclusion for all parties.

    * Firstly check if the site has an official rep on our forum: Official Company Reps. If they are then please send them a PM directly about your problem.
    * If it is at a casino who is a member of the eCOGRA group then contact them here: "ECOGORA"
    * If it is at a bookmaker regulated by the LGA then contact them here: "LGA"
    * If the site is already reviewed at TGT and has 3*s or under then we will still do our best but there is little hope of a positive resolution.
    * Whilst a report is under investigation please do not discuss it in the public domain as this may jepordise any negotiations.
