Withdrawal requests used to be made via email and not back into Moneybookers even though was advertised on the site but it has not been possible to verify if this is still the case. They claim that most payouts are processed within 24 to 48 hours. (Jan 2014). Bonus - 30% deposit bonus, max $10,000. Contact customer services for T&C's.
Justbet is a US focused sportsbook although it does have
some European football, albeit with bets restricted to $100. Bet limits
increase when betting on American sports or if you phone them but it is $500 as
standard. Information regarding where they are based and who they are
licensed by is hard to locate on the website. Customer services can be
contacted via phone and email but our email was not responded to. There are a
variety of deposit options but some have high minimum deposit amounts. Payouts
are usually swift but most withdrawals have a fee associated. They do have new
user and follow up bonus offers but remember that depositing via NETeller is
not eligible for the sign up bonus (August 2013).

ABCIslands is part of the DPT Sports Group Family and you can have accounts at them all. They are based in San José, Costa Rica. They have web form and live chat customer support, but emails via the web form were slow to respond. Accounts appear to need to be held in $s, they only show US style odds and charge to withdraw ($25 up to $500 via skrill) hence their overall rating is down. (July 2013). Bonus 15% (10% for c/c depositors) cash bonus when desposit $100+ 5x rollover (deposit fees payable over $300)

Bet3000 is operated by IBA Entertainment Ltd which was founded by Simon Springer in 2009. He has held a bookmaking licence for over 30 Years and specialised in Horse Racing for much of this time although those markets are not currently offered here. Instead Football and Tennis is the two main Sportsbook offerings. They also have a Casino. Customer Service here is good and payouts are swift and made to the same account the deposit was made from. They have introduced a fairly ridiculous "tax" on winning bets making them unsuitable as a bookmaker in 2012!
Odds ring are a relatively new site. They are based in Malta and are regulated by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta. Customer services can be contacted via post, email and online form but response via email is not particularly quick (September 2013) Bonus 200% - 200% of your first deposit amount (up to max $200 or currency equivalent). Skrill is not currently accepted as a deposit method Bonus a £30 risk free bonus currently (27/5/14) which is credited in cash.
Betboo are another bookmaker based in Costa Rica but unlike most aren’t designed mainly for the Americans. They offer accounts in £/$/Euro. The website is well designed and easy to use. They don’t have the widest range of odds and finding arbs will be hard work. They have email support and have recently added live chat. Withdrawals here won’t be approved until photo ID has been provided. Withdrawals back to moneybookers are usually received on the same day.
Astrabet is a small European bookmaker who are focused on the Italian market. They only operate accounts in Euros and the website does not have an English language version. Odds are average and there is a range of markets but limits are low.
ComeOn are based in Malta and are licensed by The Lotteries and Gaming Authority. They offer the full range of Sports, Casino and Poker all from within the same account. They are a relatively new site, having entered the market in 2010 and they made a name for themselves at the Industry LAC awards in Jan 2011 by sponsoring most of the show and specificly the Poker league. Customer services can be contacted via twitter, post, email, a call back service and live chat. Email response is quick and efficient. All major payment methods are accepted although there can be charges for using credit/debit cards when depositing less than £212. The odds are not terrific but there is a wide range of markets, the only notable missing one is UK Horse Racing. Payments take on average less than 48hrs to be received. (October 2013). Bonus - £25, wagering is 6x "combi" bets at odds >2.0.
BetRally are based in Cyprus but holding a Curacao licence. They are relatively new and the odds and software are provided by the longer standing SBTech. Bet Rally regularly has ongoing promotions although the T&Cs require a very quick turnaround and on combination (accumulator) bets which can be prohibitive. There is no UK Horse Racing markets but they have a huge "in play" offering which is one of their specialties.
Bonus: 100% to £100 cash, wager 6x >1.6 - Code: 100RALLY
Whitebet is a brand within the Nordic Leisure family and is operated by Redbet Gaming Ltd, and based in Malta. They have all deposit and withdrawal options and make payments promptly but there can be fees involved - e.g. 2.5% to deposit via credit/debit card. They have a fair range of markets and average odds with occasional "arbs" but bets can be limited quite quickly. Accounts cannot be held in UK £s (only Euros) which is annoying. Customer services can be contacted via live chat, phone and email. Email response is helpful. No bonus for UK players.
RaceBets is a German site that offers traditional Tote style betting on Horse Racing markets from all over the World. They do offer "Ante Post" fixed odds on certain races but only the major ones such as "The Grand National", "The Arc De Triomphe", etc etc. Due to the nature of Tote odds betting the odds fluctuate wildly and there is not always a lot of liquidity so a large bet on a favourite can lead to incredibly poor returns whilst conversely a small bet on an outsider can pay well over the SP. Payments are very swift and back to Moneybookers within 24hrs as standard.
Bonus: £100 cash 6x wagering - code is "welcome"
Marathonbet was established in 1997. They are registered in the British Isles and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. There are some minimum desposit and withdrawal amounts. Partybets is part of the Partypoker group. They offer a wide range of markets but have quite poor odds on most. There is 24/7 customer support, E-mail response is quick and the telephone support is freephone. They offer a large range of deposit and withdrawal options. Before a withdrawal will be processed it is likely you will receive a phone call from them wanting to verify every detail you told them when signing up. It can take a day or two for them to process withdrawals but once they have, money is received fairly quickly and free of charge. (Also see Gamebookers)
Mybet is a European operator who began operating in 2002 and have their headquarters in Malta. Accounts must be operated in Euros. The odds are generally good but there is not an exhaustive range of markets available. It is best to deposit with Moneybookers as card deposits will not go through until scans of ID have been recieved. Withdrawals are free except via bank transfer to non-euro countries where transfers of up to E250 have a charge of E9,50 plus E3 changed by the bank (E14,50 and E3 for transfers over E250). There are 1-3% fees for depositing via Credit Card, Moneybookers, Neteller and Paysafecard (although the website gives contradictory information on this). Payouts are very quick once ID has been sent. Customer support can be contacted via email, fax, online form and phone (not freephone). UK residents are NOT allowed to wager here and bets will be made void (September 2013).
OddsFutures is incredibly complicated even for advanced punters with very little to differentiate it from just trading on Betfair backing high then laying lower as the odds move, it is the same only much simpler at Betfair. They only accept payments by card and payout by either PayPal or Euro cheques. They have promised more markets than just horse racing but until that is in place they should be avoided, even when the new markets are in place the Jury is still out as to whether it is a good idea to have an account.
Bonus E20 free credit
YouWin were previously known as Win United. They are based in Malta and currently only offer accounts in Euros. They have a larger than average range of sports to bet on and you receive an e-mail with the result of each bet. E-mail response time is fairly quick; they also have telephone support but it's international rates.
Bet24 is a Scandinavian bookmaker which has been taken over by Unibet and all account balances transferred.
Neteller is an "E-Wallet" which is a quicker and safer way to deposit funds into Gambling accounts than traditional Debit or Credit cards. It is also a good way to "ring fence" your gambling float, and if you will be playing at foreign sites then setting Neteller up as a $s or Euros account can save on transaction fees.
New site, linked to NetBet, accounts can be held at both. They have competitive odds on certain first goal scorers just prior to kick off and fair odds on most other markets. In play offerings can also be very generous on the goals markets. Payments can be made by Skrill but payouts must be back to a bank account. All accounts are verified with a phone call before payments are made.
Bonus: 100% 50 Euro cash bonus
They are linked to: Scotbet, CorbettSports, MarkJarvis, Pridmore Racing, and Chisholms. You can have accounts at each but it is pointless as you can only claim one set of bonuses at each and if you are "limited" at one it will be at them all. They do have reasonable odds and ongoing promotional bonuses, as well as the initial Sign Up Bonus. Best Odds can be found on Horse Racing where bets (initially) of £100+ are accepted.
PulseBet is a bookmaker with a UK office registered in Surrey but they in fact have Romanian owners and that is the true base for the operation. There is several dubious things about the site and the chances of being paid, one is the own brand software leaves up incredibly high "arbs" on fast moving markets which is not sustainable. There is also the fact that they actively accept and target US wagers and so are always under threat because of that too. *Closed early 2012*
Bookmaker had its domain name siezed by the US government as well as some of its assets. They are now back up and running with the domain .eu instead.
Goalwin are registered and licensed in Malta. Customer services can be contacted via an online form/email. Email response is quick but could be more helpful. Bonus: £10 Cash
A Greek site run and operated by StanJames, they have no English language version available. The odds are shared with the UK version although not all the same markets are covered. Limits do not appear to be linked between the two accounts. YOU MUST BE GREEK TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT HERE.
A TAIN powered site with a focus on the Finnish market. Accounts must be held in Euros. There is a large range of football matches and markets but odds are often if not always poor. In play markets can be a bit better but are still not "good". Customer services can be hit and miss sometimes taking a week to reply but sometimes just a few hours. Payouts, once ID has been submitted and accepted, usually take 48hrs. Actually having the ID accepted can take much longer.
BetUS is a US focused site (Hence the name!) which accepts players from the rest of the World but accounts must be operated in $s and odds viewed in the US style. There is much concern that they seem to attempt to get users to reveal moneybookers passwords to them which is information they have no business asking for. This is not the behaviour of a reputable site. Payouts are free and take around 48hrs to be processed.
777BETS.co.uk is part of the TGP Group Ltd, registered in the Isle of Man and regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. Do Bet are registered and regulated in Costa Rica. The website is obviously translated from another language and information can be difficult to find. Customer services appear to only be contactable via an online form but this is tricky to locate and we did not receive a reply. Accounts are available in euros, US dollars and pounds. They do pay winners but have VERY convoluted T&Cs which are almost designed to trip you up/catch you out and they are not a reputable place to play. After the first withdrawal in 30 days, any subsequent requests are charged a 2 % transaction fee. You will need the promo code in your registration email for the bonus (July 2013). Bonus E50 desposit match, (rollover deposit x 1 and the amount of the bonus x 5, odds > 4/5)
123VegasWin are almost certainly a "scam" site. There are a number of reports of them being a deposit only bookmaker. (Feb 2014).
An absolutely disgraceful site which should be closed down. If you deposit there then you are a fool and will have to fight for months (we do mean fight and we do mean months) to see any withdrawals paid. AVOID.
Canbet has its roots as an Australian bookmaker which was affiliated to IASbet. That affiliation ended when Canbet was sold to Yin Khing Investments in 2009 and during that period the reputation deteriorated as odds worsened, limits kicked in and the bonus structure made it potentially impossible to ever withdraw. More recently they have rebranded again and during 2013 there has been a burst of offers and promotions for existing users. For several months now the payout times have got worse and worse and it is now bordering on a "No Pay" bookmaker. Avoid!
The site is closed to new customers, existing customers are advised to withdraw their balances by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
BetJamaica were taken over by TheGreek in July 2011 and all balances were moved over.

The company "SOL Curacao NV" which operated Sunderlands.eu and Sunderlands.co.uk and later became BetPresto has been taken over. If you had an outstanding balance at any of those sites you are advised to E-mail u2us@Sunderlands.co.uk to arrange a withdrawal.
There are a number of reports of emails going unanswered and balances remaining unpaid so we advise not to deposit into any site appearing to be related to Betpresto/Sunderlands such as Sunderbet. (Review 01/04/10)
